HARPA belongs to IPS textilhandel GmbH. Central office is situated in Neuss, Germany.
All domestic and international operations are under IPS Germany and controlled from the central office.

HARPA was officially launched in 2003 but has been in the making since 1998.
Since 2003 HARPA raced forward to one the top sellers of handbags, belts, scarves and shoes, mainly thanks to the young designers and the team combined with our own production units in China and India. The complete operation is run through one system where status of very product is transparent to the team for maximum control. Utmost care and detail is undertaken while choosing new designs, fabrics. All details must come perfectly together before arriving in our central warehouse in Germany before it is further shipped to our customers.
